Raffkes vom Festland haben den wunderbaren Kreidefelsen auf der Düne abgebaut, um Mörtel daraus zu gewinnen. Der Verlust dieses Kreidefelsens schmerzt mich heute noch, und wenigstens in meiner literarischen Fantasie möchte ich ihn wieder auferstehen lassen. Deshalb habe ich die nordfriesische Insel Hallund erfunden.
